Nadya Miller founded Yoga Social to make yoga and community-building practical, welcoming, and repeatable. She leads accessible classes with clear instruction, scalable progressions, and a focus on breath, functional mobility, and evidence-informed mindfulness.
Her sessions pair movement with structured opportunities to meet people and build real connections. The goal is straightforward: to improve both physical and social health simultaneously. Newcomers receive a simple, safe starting point; returning students experience measurable growth; and everyone leaves with a clear next step to stay engaged.
